The last message, the vertical rectangular box, is part of the in-product messaging and can be disabled in the manner mentioned by the administrative settings / special offer notification). We have seen situations, however, where an individual will see those prompts as many as three times, even when clicking 'No thanks'. There are two message types going on in the recent post by All but the last are related to the Norton Toolbar, which provides those prompts any time the program is updated (to a new major or minor version but not normal definition updates).
